Beechcroft St.Paul’s is a Voluntary Aided Church primary school. There is a nursery.
The last Ofsted inspection judged the school to be outstanding. The subsequent SIAS (Statutory Inspection of Anglican Schools) put the school in the outstanding category.
Our Mission Statement is: Learning together, valuing each other, enjoying today and tomorrow, offering shared Christian values and worship.
Life and policies in school are undergirded by the Christian belief that each person is made in the image and likeness of God (Gen 1.27) and that each person shares in God’s purpose to bring life and allow creation to flourish. We respect that each person may or may not choose to call themselves Christians or may belong to another faith. We have a responsibility to help every person achieve their potential and develop spiritually, morally, socially and culturally.
Members of the congregation of St.Paul's serve as foundation governors. Father Richard leads collective worship on Mondays and teaches across both Key Stages.
Children from Year 2 have designed and written a child's guide to St Paul's. It is available in the children's corner in church.
